Galeria.Holding, the brazilian independent advertising powerhouse chaired by Eduardo Simon, has officially added The Future Studios to its business ecosystem.

Recognised as Brazil’s premier audiovisual production company specialising in AI Filmmaking, the studio places Generative AI at the heart of its operations to redefine creative workflows, broaden narrative horizons, and pioneer innovative production methodologies for the advertising market.

With this acquisition, Galeria.Holding expands its portfolio to 12 companies, further diversifying its market presence. This move solidifies its position as an ecosystem that bridges creativity and technology to drive cultural impact and foster deeper engagement between brands and consumers. Across its entire portfolio, Galeria.Holding forecasts a total annual turnover of R$ 2.8 billion in 2026.

Founders Cacau Moraes and Baepi Pinna will continue to oversee operations, supported by partners Danilo Paulino (VFX Supervisor & COO) and Elder Ono(CFO). Their ongoing leadership guarantees that the studio’s distinct creative DNA and independent spirit remain at its core. The studio currently maintains a staff of 12 employees.

"In addition to championing and helping leverage Brazilian businesses that are at the forefront of the creative industry’s evolution, the addition of The Future Studios to our holding company’s portfolio amplifies our service offerings. This enables us to deliver solutions across every touchpoint, from technology and strategy to production, deepening the resonance between brands and their audiences,” says Simon, Chairman of Galeria.Holding.

According to Moraes, founding partner of The Future Studios, joining the Holding Company amplifies the studio’s reach across a broader and more diverse brand landscape while fuelling new creative experimentation in the audiovisual sector. “We operate as a creative laboratory in constant evolution. We are continually testing tools, adapting workflows, and exploring new ways to integrate Artificial Intelligence into the audiovisual process, from conception to post-production. AI is not a separate stage; it is key to our decision-making from the outset, influencing script, direction, style, and execution to ensure the integration is seamless, consistent, and emotionally authentic,” says Cacau.

"Our work is driven by the desire to merge visual impact with agility and high-end aesthetics. We believe that when applied strategically, AI evolves from a mere shortcut into a sophisticated tool for creation. Furthermore, we are committed to building this new era of audiovisual production responsibly and ethically. Our goal is to contribute to an ecosystem that values professionals and promotes the conscious use of technology as a true ally to the creative process,” adds Baepi Pinna, founding partner of The Future Studios.

Founded in 2024, The Future Studios merges creative direction with state-of-the-art technology and a culture of continuous experimentation. In its short history, the firm has pioneered significant industry milestones, including the production of the first 100% AI-generated campaign to air on Brazilian broadcast television. The studio’s portfolio includes projects for brands such as Samsung, Google, Philips, Seara, Doriana, and Havaianas.
