Canadian filmmaker and photographer Fred Gervais, represented by Consulat, directs Ghostly Kisses' latest song, Blackbirds, in Namibia's stunning desert landscape. 

The production was overviewed by Canadian film producer Catherine Boily from Metafilms

The rich cinematography from Kristof Brandl, well intertwined with Gervais' enigmatic storytelling, invites you to lean into this mysterious journey nicely accentuated by VFX.

The soft light, the serene stillness intermittently challenged by gusts of sand, and nocturnal sequences change the warm sand tones to a deep, dark blue. This use of light and shadow gives the piece a captivating visual signature.
