Estafeta: When logistics becomes imagination
A new spot directed by the collective M&M at Mestiza.
At a time when technology constantly redefines the limits of creativity, Mestiza Tribe presents its latest collaboration with Estafeta and the agency Birth.
Logistic that gets things done, is a campaign that not only communicates efficiency, but transforms it into a visual universe full of character and emotion.
Directed by the collective M&M, specialised in AI productions, the piece proposes an unexpected twist: reinterpreting the world of logistics through an aesthetic inspired by Pixar’s visual language. The result is a narrative where the functional becomes storytelling, and where every element, vehicles, boxes, spaces, comes to life with its own identity.
The challenge was clear: to build a coherent universe from scratch. To achieve this, the project integrated the latest advances in artificial intelligence with intelligent post-production processes developed and co-produced together with ELIIA, a key creative partner in this campaign. More than a tool, technology was used as a language, always guided by the direction and human judgment of the M&M collective.

From the concept art, each component was designed independently, characters, environments, vehicles, ensuring aesthetic cohesion. The vehicles and locations, for example, originate from real images captured during creative scouting, maintaining a direct connection to reality even in their animated version.
Estafeta’s logistics spaces were reinterpreted from documentary references, transformed through AI into scenarios that amplify the narrative without losing authenticity. This approach made it possible to build a flexible visual system, where each still functions as an autonomous narrative piece.
The animation was developed from these stills, defining entry and exit points that were later activated through precise instructions, generating movement without losing control over the visual intention.
The result is a campaign that not only explores new forms of production, but also proposes an evolution in creative processes: a convergence between craft, technology, and creative vision.
Because in the end, it’s not only about the result… but about how the story is told. This is Mexico’s moment, this is Mestiza’s moment
