Agency Energy BBDO CEO Jeff Adkins announced the addition of Daale Carter as the agency’s new Managing Director. 

Carter brings a breadth of integrated marketing services expertise, ranging from digital media strategy, to social media strategy, search, performance marketing, shopper and beyond, that will help Energy BBDO continue to deliver “creativity that meets people where they live.”

“In our search for the next Managing Director of the agency, we were seeking a leader with a digital and experience-first mentality who intimately understood changing consumer behaviour as well as the rapidly evolving platforms they frequent. From the moment we met Daale, we knew she was exactly that person” said Jeff Adkins, CEO of Energy BBDO.

With over 18 years of experience, Carter’s client and category experience fits very well with Energy BBDO’s client portfolio and includes; Spirits & Beer (Jim Beam, Miller, Constellation Wines), Fashion (Puma, K-Swiss, Givenchy, and LVMH), Gaming & Tech (EA Sports, HTC Beats, and Samsung), Cosmetics (Makeup Forever), Water (Voss), CPG Food (General Mills), and much more.

Carter was also recognised by the industry for her innovative vision with awards including Google and Oracle Excellence Awards, among others.

Born and raised in London, Carter originally study law at University of Westminster before starting her marketing career. She moved to the U.S. 11 years ago and currently lives in Austin, TX with her husband and her four boys. When she is not working, Carter can be found traveling around the world, exploring different cultures with her camera and nourishing one of her passions, photography.
