Editor Roberto Bradley Joins Hootenanny
Bradley comes from Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he has been editing for various agencies and production companies for the past 10 years.
Chicago post house Hootenanny has taken on representation of editor Roberto Bradley. Bradley comes to Hootenanny from his birth city, Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he has been editing for various agencies and production companies for the past 10 years.
Bradley’s professional editing career began at advertising agency Vegaolmosponce Argentina, where he earned a Gold Lion in just his second year. He continued on to work at post production giant Metrovisión S.A. and Oscar-winning production company Pol-Ka S.A., and has helmed projects for brands like Nike, Volkswagen, Pepsi, Coca Cola, Axe, and Bayer. He also has extensive experience working with local brands and markets in South America and the United Arab Emirates, and is excited to be able to utilize his diverse background and bilingual skill set in the U.S.
“My local market is not enough anymore. I like to experience different cultures, because that way, I can bring more experiences to the table,” Bradley explains. “Those experiences and cultural mixes can give you a whole new perspective in so many ways, and now, I’m proud to be landing at Hootenanny.”
Whether he is editing in Spanish or English, Bradley’s editing philosophy is to stir the emotions in the viewer. “The best storytellers are those who can create emotions in the viewer. Rhythm is important too, but emotions are something you can't afford to not have when you create an epic story. You will forget the message if it's not attached to an emotion… so, I must be the king of emotions!”
Bradley will share editing duties alongside Hootenanny’s additional creative editors Liz Tate, Graham Metzger, Sean Halvorsen and Hannah Stephans. They are produced by Executive Producer Don Avila and Associate Producer Samm Smith. Bradley is also represented by Hootenanny’s director of sales Surita Mansukhani.
