Disney+ launches a new campaign with Dave Bautista
Developed by Erich and Kallman, the pun-filled campaign features Dave Bautista as "The Streamer," who spends his days and nights on—wait for it—a stream, where he watches a variety of programs across the three streaming apps.
Through humor, charming grit, and creative dialogue, Meet The Streamer welcomes a seasoned streamer and highlights the exploration and discovery one can experience only when streaming the Disney Bundle.
The Disney Bundle is all about streaming, so we brought on an expert in the space - a true outdoorsman who loves to canoe on streams and stream content from Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+. In fact, he has streamed every stream there is to stream.
“The Streamer” is played by Dave Bautista (Guardians of the Galaxy) who hilariously exemplifies the streamer in all of us that watches everything from The Mandalorian to Love, Victor to the current UFC fight.

The campaign will continue to be all over social and broadcast (including the Olympics) in the coming months, driving awareness and educating about the value proposition of The Disney Bundle. Media includes TV, connected TV devices, digital platforms, and social media. It will appear on Disney-owned and non-Disney-owned networks, as well as during NBCUniversal’s Olympics broadcasts.
The campaign is also leveraging some of the top-performing shows on Disney+ like Loki. San Francisco-based agency Erich & Kallmandeveloped the campaign. Mike Warzin of Arts & Sciences directed.
