David Angelo, Founder & Creative Chairman of integrated creative agency David&Goliath(D&G), announces the appointment of Brendan Robertson as Chief Strategy Officer. 

Reporting directly to Angelo, Robertson oversees all strategic development across existing clients and new business opportunities. His responsibilities include leading the strategy department to ensure all businesses have the best staff to meet their needs, as well as training and growing talent.

Robertson joins D&G from VCCP as managing partner where he led strategy on brands including Activision Blizzard, Native (P&G), Equinox, Audi of America, Staples, Amazon Prime Video, Apple, and Salesforce. Prior to that, he was executive vice president of strategy and planning at Edelman as strategic lead for HP, Nissan, Starbucks, Adobe, Juniper Networks and PayPal. His impressive career also includes posts as brand strategy director at Goodby Silverstein & Partners and associate strategy director at Eleven.

In addition to his outstanding track record as a strategist, Robertson has been the recipient of numerous industry awards over the course of his career, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show and EFFIE. He has also taught Brand Planning at Miami Ad School and been a guest lecturer at The Academy of Art.
