MakeMake companies a52, Primary, and Rock Paper Scissors have signed with Champion for talent representation on the East Coast.

Founded by Angus Wall, and under the management of Eve Kornblum, the MakeMake collective’s best-in-craft talent is greater than the sum of their parts. While their infrastructure is reminiscent of the golden era of Hollywood studios, it signals the future of how entertainment and advertising can work together. The signing of Champion marks MakeMake’s commitment to staying on the front lines of the advertising industry.

Kornblum said of the partnership: “We are thrilled to have the hustle and brains of Champion behind us. They are class acts through and through. What a fabulous way to start the year.”

Co-founder J. Patrick McElroy: “I’ve had the pleasure of working with many of the editors and producers at MakeMake previously in my career, and couldn’t be happier to be reunited. As for the rest of the roster, their talent and reputation precede them.”

Co-founder Joanna Margilaj: “There’s nothing better than having full confidence when recommending someone, and we have that with every artist at MakeMake. They’re a beloved and trusted partner for a reason. Founded in 2021, Champion leverages its founders’ years of industry experience working with artists and brands across the media landscape.

The team of sales veterans Julie Margilaj Knips, Margilaj and McElroy have an eye on the ever changing landscape, and a palpable ambition for their clients.

Champion’s roster includes a52, division7, Drool, Florence, Institute, Impossible Objects, Landia, Primary, Rock Paper Scissors, Squeak E. Clean Studios, and Trevor.
