Childish Gambino, Baco Exu Do Blues, Johnson & Johnson and Nike pick up Grands Prix in the Entertainment categories.
ENTERTAINMENT
Heading up the Entertainment Lions winners was a Grand Prix for 5B, Johnson & Johnson's inspirational documentary about the folk who took extraordinary action to comfort, protect and care for the patients of the first AIDS ward unit in the United States. Speaking of the moving film, jury president Scott Donaton, Global Chief Creative & Content Officer at Digitas simply said: "We need more stories like this in the world right now - stories of compassion, stories of care, stories of human connection", adding that the calibre of the storytelling through all of the work "stands alongside the best that the entertainment industry has to offer".

ENTERTAINMENT FOR MUSIC
Surprising absolutely no-one with its Grand Prix win in the Entertainment For Music category was Childish Gambino's incredible This Is America music video, but joining the work in Grand Prix glory was AKQA Sao Paulo's inspirational campaign for Baco Exu Do Blues, Bluesman. "Ultimately, these two videos do exactly the same thing in completely different ways," said jury president and Music Consultant Paulette Long OBE, citing the importance of the "movement" that is Bluesman and celebrating the way that Gambino's work "points a finger".
