The new platform, The World Works with ServiceNow, focuses on how technology is more ubiquitous than ever before. Yet it’s one of those things we only stop to appreciate… when it stops working.
ServiceNow is a global technology company that’s on a mission, to make the world work better for everyone.

Because, every day, they help over 80% of the Fortune 500, many of the companies and brands you know and love, digitally transform the work they do so it simply works better. Streamlining process. Maximising progress. And empowering people with the digital tools they need to realise their full creative potential. Helping an entire country vaccinate millions of people in record time. And helping first responders respond even faster, and safer.
So how do we get people to stop and take notice of a brand that’s not on their radar but is seemingly everywhere, using technology to make work easier for everyone? Take Sara, for example. She’s like many of us. Never really stopped to think about how technology makes her life work. How her laptop streams endless hours of movies. How vaccines make their way into millions of arms. How Zoom calls instantly connects her with colleagues everywhere. How magical things happen, seemingly without effort … every day. But then one day Sara noticed. She saw the magic. And now she’s awakened, in awe of all the amazing technology working behind the scenes to make the world work better.
In this sixty-second anthem for ServiceNow, we join our wide-eyed, curious, plainspoken, often-humorous Sara on her journey as she witnesses the world anew. Excitedly talking to a stranger about an app she made. Getting backstage at a concert to meet Joey Fatone. Even crashing a global environmental summit. Everywhere she goes, Sara’s delighted by the promise and possibility of the world working, thanks to technology and ServiceNow.
This film is the launch of a new brand campaign, created to shine a light on ServiceNow. As the campaign rolls out over the next weeks, we’ll begin to reveal the companies and brands that work with ServiceNow, demonstrating why we say: The World Works with ServiceNow.
The spots were directed by Frank Todaro, an award-winning comedy director whose work has appeared in many Super Bowls, including Budweiser Lizards, Hyundai’s Dad’s Sixth Sense, and Little Caesars Sliced Bread, as well as the infamous ESPN This is SportsCenter series that rejuvenated the brand and kept us all laughing for years.
