BaconX adds Eliana Carranza-Pitcher as COO and EP
The Executive Producer will continue growth at the Danish VFX and postproduction company after ten years at the Mill.
Danish company BaconX announces a strong addition to their Copenhagen office: New Executive Producer and Chief Operating Officer, Eliana Carranza-Pitcher.
Over the years BaconX has established itself as an international VFX and colour studio that always delivers top-shelf work through commercials like VW's Horses and award-winning work on feature films like Valhalla.
Carranza-Pitcher comes from a role as Executive Producer at The Mill, where she has shown her talent through work for clients such as PlayStation, Samsung and Macy's over the last ten years. However, choosing to continue her career at the smaller Copenhagen-based company was a natural choice.
BaconX was always on my radar, as I admire the company’s incredible talent, their unique visual style and how they partner with directors and like-minded clients to produce world-class work
she says, adding: "Jonas Drehn and Jan Tvilling have a strong vision and a clear idea of their ambitions, which I’m delighted to contribute to and help scale their operations. My passion for VFX, creative producing and nurturing talent will help drive and grow the business as well as explore opportunities beyond our current clients and capabilities."
At BaconX she joins a team that regularly works with world-renowned directors like Andreas Nilsson, Martin Werner and Martin de Thurah to mention a few, while steadily strengthening the company's international presence. Therefore, the addition comes at a natural time, co-founder Jonas Drehn says:
"As we are already doing international projects and are experiencing a growing interest from abroad, it is the perfect time to bring on a person who can help scale our business."
