AT&T asked OMC agencies to launch their bold new Guarantee with a 360 campaign, across Hispanic, General Market, and College Football media buys as well as PR/earned media. The answer was a comprehensive campaign including TV, Print, OLV, Social, Display, Jimmy Kimmel and GMA Broadcast Integrations, and Audio all unified by one premise: in a world where nothing is guaranteed, AT&T has your back.

To bring this to market, BBDO Los Angeles wanted to lean into relatable situations in life that are not always guaranteed:

  • Like the common courtesy of holding the elevator or your dream wedding going off without a hitch.
  • Like your movie theatre experience going undisturbed or that you reserved the right rental car for your family and all their luggage.
  • Like making it to your next stop without running out of gas or that your friend is really “on their way” to meet up.
  • Like your in-laws only staying for a little while, or the butter container in your fridge actually having butter.
  • Like your office bestie keeping your secrets, or that you can go on a date without your kid brother.

Includes former NFL football pros Tim Tebow, DeMarcus Ware and Marshawn Lynch, alongside seven colleges and four different athletes including: USC's Michael Lantz (Kicker), Eddie Czaplicki (Holder), Tommy Trojan (Mascot), UCLA's Alani Makihele, Arizona's Chubba Ma'ae and Washington & Oregon.
