With stresses ranging from juggling a career with childcare to managing domestic responsibilities, it's a fact that women take on a disproportionate emotional load in everyday life. 

In response to this, London agency CBP’s female-forward studio, WMN, has created this new women-focused campaign, for sportswear brand ASICS, directed by Amy Becker-Burnett through Ginger Whippet, which spotlights the benefits of exercise in helping women cope. 

Contrasting huffs and puffs of frustration with calming, rhythmic exhalations, the campaign deploys breath as a metaphorical and literal device to highlight the positive influence that movement has on the body and mind.
