These two brilliantly bizarre and stylish short films, directed by Lubos Vacke through Creative Embassy, announce the Czech Republic Art Directors Club’s thirtieth anniversary.
Oozing with anachronistic character and more than a touch of weirdness, the films evolved from the idea that a creative’s head is their biggest tool - it’s the space where ideas are formed and connections are made.
The spots, titled Last Call and Gala, see mischievous, bodiless heads in an office straight out of the 80s, playing with facial muscle enhancers, whistling, and juggling gumballs, all to invite creatives to make their submissions and to attend the awards gala.
