Animal Libre's bloody good argument to go plant-based

Created by ThePlan and directed by Porta & Sepia through The Maestros for animal welfare charity Animal Libre, this clever and macabre short film, titled Choose Cruelty. Cruelty-Free, takes us into a slaughterhouse with a twist.  

Under the cover of darkness in a dingy, fluid-stained warehouse, workers stomp on the lifeless bodies of innocent broccolis and slash hanging beetroots, leaving their red liquids drip onto the ground.  

The film simultaneously captures to visceral cruelty and horrors of the meat industry, recreating the violent processes that normally remain out of site, while encouraging people to consider plant-based alternatives.
