Created by Uncommon London, this film, called Must I Evolve? Method for Change, centres around the insight that people are looking for ways to do good for the planet and each other, but don’t know where to begin.
Method wants to show that anything is possible with a little creativity and the power of community. Directed by Jonathan Alric through Iconoclast, the near-two-minute spot is set on the streets of New York and features a transformative foam party, with Method at its source.
Accompanied by the lyrics of Must I Evolve? by Jarvis Cocker and his band JARV IS, we see the hustle and bustle of a normal NY day, with arguments and recriminations dissipated by the arrival of a sea of bubbles that turns the streets into an impromptu foam party.
Who knew washing up could be so much fun?
