Take a turn with the tap-dancing shadow-man.
My Own Monster is a campy and fun reimagining of old-school animation techniques. With some excellent modern technology making the monster caper across the screen to the slick beat. With cartoon transitions, the Saturday Morning cartoon vibe is a strong tone throughout this promo.
There’s a lot of charm in this piece as director Daniel Iglesias Jr. creates new styles from some easily recognizable media inspirations. Stray Dogs produced My Own Monster for band X Ambassadors.
