Blinkink's Elliot Dear smashes through the January blues with Wachowski-like flair in this trailer for the BBC's Six Nations coverage.
Using motion-controlled in-camera techniques and model-making, Dear recreates the time-slice technique, made famous in films such as The Matrix, leaving a rugby ball-shaped hole in objects representing the worst aspects of the month, from coughs and sniffles to punishing diets and enforced penny-pinching.
The campaign was created in-house, by BBC Creative.
