Homeless charity St Mungo's has teamed up with AMV BBDO on a thought-provoking campaign which aims to drive fundraising for the people most in need at Christmas.

Shot by first-time director Josh Carpenter on a shoestring budget of just £6,000, Potential is a lesson in simple but effective filmmaking. It depicts homeless people on the street, but dressed for the jobs they could do in the future - from an aspiring ballerina, to a business exec and a chef. Fans of musicals might recognise the soundtrack, which features the song Give A Little Love from Bugsy Malone, re-recorded by singer-songwriter Alex Ohm.
