Bacon director Jeppe Rønde and Danish agency &Co have created a moving film for Scandinavian airline as SAS. Themed around the concept that travel changes us, it was shot over four days at the arrival hall in Copenhagen’s Kastrup International Airport, using hidden cameras to film both cast and real travellers and capturing emotional encounters between reunited loved ones.

With today being National Stress Awareness Day we thought we’d offer you a little stress relief. Some of you may hold tension in your shoulders, neck or even buttocks, but many might find it lodged behind the eyeballs in a gallon of unshed tears at the general beastly ghastliness of life. If so, here is a spot that'll have you cathartically wailing like a baby.

Kiddies run into the arms of moist-eyed mums, old friends hug each other tightly, uncertain lovers acknowledge how much they’ve missed each other, a sick girl is greeted by a relieved family, all human life is there. Go on have a cry you'll feel better afterwards.

Look out for a Q&A with director Jeppe Rønde later this week.
