Hot on the heels of its controversial Kaepernick campaign, Nike has released a second spot in its Just Do It series featuring an equally contentious athlete, South African middle distance runner Caster Semenya.

In the film, created by Wieden+Kennedy Amsterdam and directed by AG Rojas through Park Pictures, the 2016 Olympic gold winner, who has been the target of gender testing due to the IAAF’s policy on high natural levels of testosterone in women, claps back at all the criticism surrounding her extraordinary performance on the track. 'Too fast? Too bad,' she says defiantly, as the camera tracks back through her running career to her first steps.
