London production company Merman has signed directors Michelle Coomber [pictured right] and Jaci Judelson for commercial representation.

Coomber's documentary work has been shown across the globe on CNN, Al Jazeera, and BBC as well as online for The New York Times, The Guardian and Vice as well as screening at festivals at the BFI London Film Festival, SXSW, and Silverdocs. Her commercial reel, meanwhile, includes spots for Apple, Adidas, San Miguel, Toyota, Google, Vodafone and UNICEF. She has won two bronze and one silver Cannes Lions for her work with Toyota as well as a British Arrows Craft Award nomination for cinematography for her San Miguel Göran spot.

Judelson, meanwhile, has a background in fashion. Having begun her career at Vogue, she built up an impressive book of contacts, many of which can be seen in her four-part documentary series Undressed: Fashion in the 20th Century, which features fashion icons such as Karl Lagerfeld, Ralph Lauren and Alexander McQueen.  In the commercial world, Judelson has directed spots for brands including BMW, Ralph Lauren, H&M, Nokia, L’Oréal and Dove, as well as the AIDS public service commercials and President Obama’s 2008 election run up Vote From Abroad internet campaign. Her most recent spot for Gatorade starring Serena Williams has picked up a number of awards including a Cannes Lion, a One Show award, and two Clios.
