Independent Films' Bouha Kazmi helms this stunning and shocking promo inspired by the civil rights movement and the paintings of Caravaggio and Rubens.
Told through a visceral black and white palette, the video for Station 13 by French rock and new wave band Indochine sees ordinary men persecuted by police and society, who are later revealed to be angels on earth. Bloody but beautiful, it's a powerful and shocking reminder that despite advancements over time, underlying discrimination still thrives in some corners of society.
The promo was produced by London Alley.
Look out for a Q&A with Kazmi, coming soon.
