Michael Reissinger helms the ad for Oh You Women, an organisation that's raising awareness of the inherent prejudice against women in business.

Although the jingle is light-hearted and presents tongue-in-cheek humour, it tackles a very serious problem and aims to reverse this issue by showing just how ridiculous it is that men are paid more just because of their genitalia.
