Some people don't believe that the Royal Navy could be a viable option for gaining work experience or that it could be seen as an aspirational workplace for women... but a newly-topical campaign from Engine is here to prove the naysayers wrong.

To mark National Apprenticeship Week in the UK - which launched yesterday - and International Women's Day on Thursday (March 8), director Greg Hackett focusses on a a female employee and young recruit in the two-part series.

The spots reveal that the Royal Navy could provide them with the professional fulfillment that they seek as well as variety in their day-to-day activities.

These films are the latest in the Made in the Royal Navy campaign, which uses real people's stories to tempt more young people through the Navy's recruitment process.
