Garbage: No Horses

American alternative rock band Garbage has released this politically-charged new promo for their latest release, No Horses.

The video, which will see all proceeds of the track donated to The Red Cross, features lead singer Shirley Mason washing blood from the feet of drummer Butch Vig's feet interspersed with footage of riots and post-apocalyptic chaos to question what happens when someone or something becomes surplus to requirement.

Speaking about the video, Manson said “When they’re no longer working beasts, what will happen to the horses? So it’s an imagining of the future where the authorities destroy anything that doesn’t make large amounts of money.”
