MFJF launches academy initiative

My First Job In Film (MFJF) members were invited to attend the organisation’s first ever Academy event earlier this month. Attendees were met with the chance to experience one-to-one career advice, intimate Q&A sessions and 12 months of on-going mentoring support. The Academy scheme was set up following a recent survey among MFJF members, which received over 400 responses and highlighted a need for more in-depth opportunities to develop their networks and gain trusted industry advice.
