18 Feet & Rising combine balloon art with cute dogs in a winning spot for the Dogs Trust.
As directed by Another Film Company's Steve Reeves, Little Balloon Doggy sees three balloon dogs float away from a fair until they arrive to three people. This trio them visit their local dog's home and find the perfect dog to match their balloon version.
Behind the cute ad and the even cuter dogs, however, there is a serious message. With dogs being left at rehoming centres for longer and longer periods, it is getting increasingly important for people to go and find the perfect dog for them even if they don't get a corresponding balloon animal guiding the way.
