Don't Panic recognise that many men still struggle to open up and talk about their feelings, particularly if they're feeling suicidal.

Which is why it has launched a new #ToughToTalk campaign for Childline, encouraging boys to seek support and be honest about how they feel.

Responding to research that suggests men in the UK are six times less likely to speak about troubled times compared with girls of the same age, the campaign - helmed by Somesuch duo Luke Seomore and Joseph Bull - compiles real references from boys who have struggled to express themselves to friends and aims to display some of the telltale signs.

“Suicide is one of the leading causes of death for boys and young men," says Childline president, Dame Esther Rantzen. "We need to draw attention to this growing problem, and make sure all our desperate children know that Childline is there for them, day and night.”
