When thinking about introducing robots in to our homes, many people picture the dystopian society often portrayed in films like The Terminator and The Matrix.

Launching this week at CES, the global consumer electronics and consumer technology tradeshow, Kuri is a home robot built by Redwood City-based Mayfield Robotics. The robot acts as a home security system-cum-entertainment hub among other abilities and, for now at least, doesn't seem to have any plans for human enslavement.

 

 

Created by Eleven, this new campaign, which is made up of four spots, Parrot; Robot; Virtual Reality and Bianca, showcases some of the little automaton's abilities while painting him a little more Wall-E and a little less Skynet.

 

 

The campaign, produced by Caviar and helmed by Zach Math, will play across digital networks, and will be promoted through social posts and podcast influencer partnerships as well as on a dedicated website, created by the agency also.
