Car insurance giant Aviva markets its safe driving app and policies with a fun spot from adam&eveDDB.
Here’s a new TVC reminding drivers that they can save dosh on their car insurance if the Aviva DriveSafer app challenge reveals them to be responsible drivers.
Part of the brand's ongoing global Good Thinking strategy, the film sees former racing driver David Coulthard – disguised under a truly ropey beard – posing as a cab driver who takes a couple of ‘unsuspecting’ (hmmm... really?) fares on the ride of a lifetime, pushing the idea that non-reckless drivers shouldn't have to pay as high premiums as the motoring muppets who cause accidents in the first place.
