A Day In The Life Of Tay Sánchez

08.00: Out the door with my bike. The day starts with a short ride to the city centre after my phone’s inbox and agenda is checked. It’s going to be a long day!

08.24: Arrive at our neighborhood, Malasaña. Taking this selfie, I reckon it won’t be too difficult to do a photo-journal for shots as I normally use my camera quite a lot.

08.40: We are proud of HARRY’s home… it feels like a real home. It’s in our culture; our team should feel like part of our family. This egg-chair is where I think best, and my ideal spot for the first morning coffee.

09.01: Status meeting. Today we have a pre-production meeting in the morning, and tonight we start a shoot in Madrid’s outskirts. Let’s get organised!

10.36: I am very picky and detail-oriented...

10.55: Arrive at McCann Spain, where we're starting our PPM in five minutes. Mónica Moro, chief creative officer, is leading this campaign but it's not the first one we've do together… I recognize an old souvenir here.

13.35: Before leaving the agency, we had time to have fun with one of our youngest directors who’s showing us some TV expressions...

14.10: Back to Harry's house… and it smells great! You can check out all the dishes that our post production partner - and notable chef - cooks for the team (search #gastronomíadeoficina on Instagram).

14.15: Paella day! One of Harry’s specialties. Here are some of my fellow food lovers: Rodrigo Alonso de Celada, Miguel Ángel Ayala, Néstor Costafreda, Lucas R. de la Rúa, Mario Padilla, DoP Paco Femenía and director Dionisio Naranjo.

16.30: Arrive at the shoot. Good vibes! On the chairs you can read our company manifesto: “Harry, just good stories”.

16.50: This shoot involves special boots, at times we feel like we're at a music festival, and at times we feel like we're at the zoo…

16.55: ...yes, seems like a zoo!

19.00: We are going to a new location, but I can’t stay all night. I’ll leave my colleagues at the shoot and I will go back to my place, my means of transport is… a helicopter.

19:01: And, of course, I can’t go anywhere without my dog, Rita.

20.30: I still don’t know how, but I made it to dinner with some of McCann’s creative staff: Mónica Moro, Raquel Martínez and Lorena Álvarez. I can’t say anything else about what happened that night, though… Good night!
