Financial services company Chase has teamed up with Droga5 New York and James Corden to support the launch of their new Sapphire Reserve credit card.

The British Broadway, television and film star fronts a three-part documentary-style film series that explores cutting-edge experiences that are shaping the future of travel.

The series is called Reserve What’s Next, and sees Corden meets with people who are changing the face of dining, transportation and accommodation. The first installment, Fire and Ice [above] features Mads Refslund, the Michelin-starred chef previously of lauded restaurants, Noma and Acme and is directed by David Gelb, the creator and director of Netflix show Chef’s Table.

The second video, which will launch later this year, features the team at Local Motors, a company driving the transportation industry forward with its unique approach to building on-demand, fully customised cars and autonomous vehicles. The third video will focus on an individual paving the way in the accommodation space.

The series will run through to the end of the year on Meridian, Vox Creative’s new travel site, for which Chase Sapphire is the first exclusive partner. The videos will also run on Chase.com and YouTube, in addition to 15- and 30-second versions running on Condé Nast and Time Inc. digital sites.
