New York-based independent agency Digital Pulp has hired Michael Buran as its new director of user experience. In his new role, Buran will be responsible for overseeing the agency’s UX operations and will be tasked with finding new ways to develop memorable customer experiences. Prior to joining Digital Pulp, Michael worked as a consultant and creative director with some of the top creative agencies across New York City, including Organic, Strawberryfrog, and JWT, among others.
