Wandering through a museum of trussed-up limbs, giant conches and rapidly rising water, this mesmerising CG short feels like an abstract nightmare on first viewing - but look again, there's a method to the madness.
Taking its title from the phenomenon of mishearing a song lyric or line of poetry, Mondegreen is a research and development project from London-based content creators Found Studio, which plays on the idea of similar-sounding words to surreal effect: the museum's exhibits all turn out to be homonyms of the word 'found' (we'll let you work them out on a second viewing).
Argentinian motion designer Esteban Diácono created the kinetic sculptures, while Echoic Audio were responsible for the brooding soundtrack.
