London-based advertising agency RKCR/Y&R has hired Jonathan Burley as the agency’s first chief creative officer. Burley joins from CHI & Partners where he led the creative output for the last six years. In his new role, he will work across the full UK client base and will be responsible for delivering the creative vision of the agency. During his career, he has worked with a wide range of clients including The Sunday Times, Samsung, British Gas, Argos, Lexus, The Prince’s Trust, TalkTalk and McDonald’s.
