New York-based creative agency B-Reel has hired Jed Grossman as managing creative director, Nicole Bush as brand director and Kate Hironaka as chief strategy officer for North America.

Grossman will be responsible for creative work across the agency’s client roster. Prior to the role, he was a creative director at Mother and had previously been a senior art director and art director at Strawberry Frog and Crispin Porter + Bogusky.
Bush will oversee the work of various clients including Google, Facebook and Virgin America. She joins the agency following six years at Zambezi where she was head of communications and led business development. She also previously worked across brand management at 72andSunny.
Hironaka’s was previously director of strategy for two years at the agency. Her promotion to CSO marks the first time that the agency has had this role in place. She will be tasked with growing B-Reel’s brand and expanding client’s business.
