8-bit computer graphics, pom-poms, over-sized origami elephants, Barbie-like dolls, ping pong... they're just some of the things which feature in this brilliantly bizarre spot from Dentsu Tokyo for Marukome miso soup. I know! Heinz needs to up its game.
Directed by Sojiro Kamatani and Eri Sawatari through Tohokushinsha Film Corporation the two-and-a-half-minute spot is a brilliant, colourful, confusing assault on the senses, one for which the art director really earned their money.
