As a sponsor of Lillehammer's 2016 Youth Olympic Games, Samsung's new spot created by 72andSunny Amsterdam focusses on the rigorous exercise routines of several teen sport stars.
Helmed by Christopher Riggert, the minute-and-a-half-long ad focuses on the thoughts and failures that many teens face as they commit to their enduring training.
As the spot develops, it is clear that posting on social media and sharing their personal progress helps to inspire youngsters to overcome any self doubts and allows them to perform at their best - after all #TheOnlyWayToKnow is to try.
