London agency M&C Saatchi has announced the opening of M&C Saatchi Shop, an new retail and shopping division with multinational assignments from existing M&C Saatchi Group clients, Jacobs Douwe Egberts and Pernod Ricard.
The newest company within the Group, Shop is led by Michelle Whelan. It will offer shopper-first solutions to help new and current clients compete more effectively in the fast-evolving retail landscape.
M&C Saatchi Shop has developed its own IP; including a new Audit tool that identifies those factors that most influence shoppers in a particular category, and then ranks individual brands within that category by how well they are performing against shoppers’ needs.
