Electric Theatre Collective has welcomed Hayley Wallach to their newly-launched New York studio in the role of Executive Producer of Colour.

Wallach will help expand the team’s presence across New York and the wider US, building relationships across short- and long-form projects while integrating best colour practices for unparalleled creative results.

With over 15 years’ experience in the industry, Wallach joins from Company 3, with former roles held at The Mill and Method Studios. At the latter, she delivered a Super Bowl campaign for Verizon featuring Beyoncé, something that remains a career highlight to this day. “It had all the possibilities of going wrong, but we were able to defy the odds and seeing it on the big screen was a little bit ‘pinch me’.”

Other leading global brands Wallach has collaborated with include Meta, Google, Sprite and Budweiser.

Of her new role, Wallach says: “I am excited to be boots on the ground in NY, sharing with the US market what ETC is capable of. Colour is such a powerful part of the process, nothing shapes the mood of a piece more clearly. Having worked across every stage of post, I’m excited to focus on colour and help position it as an essential creative tool, not just a finishing step.”

ETC’s Head of Colour Production, Oliver Whitworth, adds: “We’ve worked with US clients for a number of years, but the unveiling of our new studio in New York necessitated an on-the-ground presence. Hayley is the perfect candidate. Passionate, motivated, and loved by colleagues and clients alike. I’m really excited for this new chapter.”

For ETC’s Managing Director, Antonia Vlasto, curating the team in New York has been something handled with real care: “Every hire is intentional on every level. Hayley is closely aligned with our approach to craft and our commitment to cultivating an environment in which great work can thrive. I’m genuinely thrilled she has chosen ETC as her new home.”
