Y&R promote Andrew Dimitriou to European president

Following 16 years at Y&R, Andrew Dimitriou has been named president of Y&R Europe.

Dimitriou will work closely with regional leaders to develop Y&R’s strategy across all aspects of the company including advertising, shopper marketing and digital. Dimitriou has worked in numerous cities and was involved with high-profile brands including WPP’s Red Fuse – which serves all of Colgate-Palmolive brands – and Hills Pet Nutrition.
