Ever wondered why Woodchuck cider is called Woodchuck cider?
Noone really knows where the name actually came from, but Smartfish has created two spots tracing back its possible origins.
The first spot Time Travel sees two men arguing about the original name of the cider (Hairless Yak Hard Cider) before deciding to travel back in time to challenge the cidery.
But, the second ad Rescue suggests that the cider was named after a brave beaver called Woodchuck, who rescues a farmer trapped beneath his cider cart.
Nick Jasenovec directed both ads and used a similar style and humour to connect them.
Watch the spots and decide for yourself how the cider got its name.
