We're at the point in the football season when emotions are high in fans and players alike, but none more so than Lionel Messi in this great new film created by Wieden+Kennedy Amsterdam to plug the new FIFA 15 game release.
The 90-second film, directed by Imperial Woodpecker's Mark Zibert, sees the Barcelona superstar’s feelings captured, collected and transformed into chocolate bars to savour the often bitter-sweet taste of the game.
“Football is bitter sweet. One moment you are crying the sweet tears of victory, and the next, you are crying the bitter tears of defeat," explains Wieden+Kennedy Amsterdam creative director, David Smith. "So what better way to show the emotion of football than to make a chocolate bar from the tears of Lionel Messi? A man who feels football more than any other man in the world."
