VW Helps Office Workers With Park & Drive Scheme

For commuters, finding a parking space can feel like a day's work all on its own. This is particularly true of those who work in Warsaw's business area, lovingly referred to as 'Mordor'.

To help solve the parking problem Volkswagen teamed up with DDB&tribal Warsaw to create the Park & Drive initiative. The scheme employs a very simple mechanism; a VW driver will turn up early in the morning, find a parking space and save it for the customer. Once the customer arrives, the VW driver pulls out and the customer takes the space. The price, if indeed price is the right word, for this service, is taking a test drive in the aformentioned VW. Clever.

To enrol for the scheme, clients need to register online a day before, giving a specific hour of the drive and their office address. The scheme will allow clients to pick from three different VW models, Jetta, Golf and up!
