Everyone who's played the lottery has felt the anticipation and excitement of a scratch card that seems to be going well, none so much as the general in this spot created by Casanova Pendrill however. Produced by Harpoon Pictures and helmed by Alejandro Toledo, the humorous speech was filmed at one of the last remaining movie ranches in California, the same location as Hollywood hits Transformers, Coming to America and Saving Mr. Banks among others.
