Independent advertising agency Translation has announced the addition of John Norman (pictured, right), as partner/CCO, and Nils Peyron (pictured, centre) as president. Norman, former TBWAChiatDay creative lead, has had a career that has seen him work with Nike Design, Goodby Silverstein & Partners, The Martin Agency, and eight years at Wieden+Kennedy, with brands including including Coca-Cola, Hewlett Packard, adidas, Heineken, Electronic Arts, Benetton and Southwest Airlines. Peyron was previously CMO at clothing house TOMS where he led the global brand, marketing and creative strategy.
