Having been named the happiest country in the world by several global surveys, including one out of the UN, Denmark has lived up to its reputation with a nice campaign through McCann Worldgroup Copenhagen which realises a unique discovery in Coca-Cola’s famous logo.
Identifying a Danish national flag within the design, the agency installed special posters adorned with the brand’s classic red and white signage and attached small flags at the country’s biggest airport for passengers to take and hold as they greeted their friends and loved ones returning home.
The campaign plays on the country’s tradition of welcoming people with flags and judging by all the smiles in arrivals in the video above, it’s safe to say that on this occasion, for McCann, it’s mission accomplished.
