David Nelson goes exec

Simpson Films, the NY-based production company known for pushing the boundaries of technology and innovation, has announced the signing of David Nelson as its new executive producer. Nelson has a large array of past experience within the industry, collaborating with major directors such as Lionel Goldstein, Christian Charles, Michael Shapiro and Brett Froomer, among many others. Most recently, Nelson has been line producing for director Greg Ramsey on tabletop productions and VFX/green screen shoots, as well as working as a Directors Guild of America first assistant director. Past clients for the producer include Bully Pictures, Chelsea Pictures, Curious Pictures and Stun Creative, to name a few.
