The Mill has appointed Alex Conaway as group director of marketing in a newly developed position for the company to lead all group marketing activities. With the business’ ongoing international growth across its London, New York and Los Angeles studios, Conaway will play a key role in building a unifying brand voice and identity to help The Mill continue to further its position as a leader in the world of visual effects and high-end moving image production. He joins from Wieden + Kennedy London, where as global business director and head of account management, he led the global strategy and creative development for brands including Nokia Global, Honda UK & Europe and Arla Foods. He has also held prior positions at HHCL London, BBH London and Ogilvy & Mather London.
